VerticalFalls’ first product line, FAct™ (Financial Advisor Compliance & Tracking), was developed for the financial services vertical market and was targeted at financial advisors (FAs) working in brokerage firms. The initial release of FAct was a vertical add-on for Interact’s ACT! customer relationship management system and is currently being used in several large brokerages.
